Services & Fees
Initial Session
$170 | 60 minutes
During this session we will review intake paperwork, policies, discuss goals for treatment and make space for any questions. If required by insurance, I will determine a diagnosis that is appropriate during this session.
Standard Session
$160 | 53-54 minutes
Sessions will focus on addressing things that feel important and working towards treatment goals.
Consultation
Free | 15-20 minutes
During a video/phone call, I will ask what brings you to therapy, share about my therapy styles, discuss logistics, and answer questions.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I am working on getting credentialed with United, Oxford, and Oscar Health.
Payments
Payments are due the day of the service and I can set up auto payments. I accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards. I am unable to accept payments via check or cash.
Sliding Scale
I offer a few sliding scale slots and work with clients to determine the fee that fits with their ability to pay. Income should not be a barrier to mental health care.
Super Bills & Fair Cost estimates
If your insurance is out of network, I am able to provide super bills that you can submit to your insurance companies for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance companies to determine your options. To learn more, click here.
